In my last post I talked about the will of God. Some people will talk about God’s perfect will and God’s permissive will. I don’t believe that there is such a thing as a permissive will. God has to honor his Word. God created us with the ability and the right to choose. We see that in Genesis as Adam had the ability and the right to eat from the forbidden tree. How do we know? Adam disobeyed God. Even with his disobedience, man still has the ability and the right to choose. Either you are in the will of God or you are not. Anyplace that is not the will of God will not produce or fulfill like the will of God. Your purpose is in God. All that you are to become in the earth is in God and you must have relationship with Him in order to become.

Faith begins where the will of God is known. If you don’t know what God has called you to be or do, how can you have faith for it? We learn from Hebrews that faith is evidence and substance. Faith is the evidence and substance of what you desire and hope for in God. Your desire and hope comes from God. God gave you the desire. Those things right now in the natural that you enjoy, for example like hobbies – the desire for those things were given by God.

Faith means that you have to believe God will bring His will to pass in your life. At the end of this dispensation which is grace is the judgement and when we go to be with father God. There will be no need for faith then, because we will see the Father and the Son.

Concerning the will of God and faith, let’s look at 2 Corinthians 4:13. This verse is important for us to understand. It teaches us that faith speaks. The key here is that once you know the will (what you are supposed to do), you are to speak it forth from your mouth! You frame your future (God’s will for you) with your words.

If you don’t know God’s will for your life, now is the time to get it from God!
