God knows the end from the beginning (Isaiah 46:10). Because He knows the end from the beginning, His way of looking at things can confuse us. He calls you what He intended you to be long before you become that in the natural. In Judges 6 He called Gideon a mighty man of valor long before Gideon was that in the natural. That means that He has called you by name and sees you as that Pastor, teacher, engineer, business person that He ordained you to be before you were formed in your mother’s belly.
Well, how does God see things? God sees the big picture and God sees the details. I was working with my daughter this afternoon putting together a confession for her for having confidence when the revelation of God caring about the details of our lives came. Go with me to Matthew 10:29-31. These verses of scripture talk about how God knows about birds and the hairs on our heads . . . and cares so much more for us. If God can know the number of hairs on your head, then he can know about, and want to be a part of the very most intimate details of your life. How does God see things? In detail and He calls things that be not as though they are. Pay attention to the details in your life. God is. Ask God for wisdom and assistance with the most intricate areas of your life. He is waiting to show Himself strong on your behalf.
